Description
This podcast is about letting out frustrations that arise from awkward social situations whether they happen by chance and/or are enflamed through personal insecurities. The goal is to speak our raw truth about something we went through, make an emotional connection and to fit some jokes in between!

In this episode, my comic friend, Alex Payne and I go deep on therapy, comedy, and conspiracy theories!
This is a man I matched with on a dating app like barely a week ago. We decided to get on a video call. This is us seeing each other for the first time over Zoom. Also...he planned a very cute date at a fancy spot; I agreed, but then bailed. However, I turned it around by asking him to go to a comedy show with me where it's BYOB. He wanted to repay me for the ticket, so instead I gave him a grocery list for Trader Joe's. Told him to get us champagne and several other things, cause why the hell not. This is where we are at. I will update you on how this date goes. What do you guys think of this man so far? (I like him). UPDATE: Got ghosted.
Choppin' it up with the comic homie, Cab Washington. We talk about dating (literally what episode do we not talk about that in), why UCLA sucks, comedy, and a few other things. Bet you can’t count how many times I said, “something my therapist says is that...”. Also, watch to find out why I spent $22 at 7/11 for no reason. Should I send an invoice?
First solo pod! I talk about things I am insecure about...with the help of some whiskey. I almost cry like 3 times, but I laugh a lot too. Hope this makes you laugh or feel something inside. Quarantine has me dying internally at this point. Enjoy.
(Also, 31 is NOT old).
Comic, Brinnan Weeks, and I discuss: relationships, acid trips, and abusive pieces of shits!
Comedian, Erik Escobar, and I talk about our similar experiences in Catholic/Islamic school, our comedy journeys, dating apps, and a bunch of other random stuff in between!
"And The Day Came Where The Risk To Remain Tight in a Bud was Greater than the Risk it Took to Bloom". In this episode Abella and I discuss our insecurities, mental health, pursuing stand up, our dysfunctional families, feeling trapped from our own perceptions of religious guilt and oppression, and other stuff!
So Tell Me The Truth Podcast is about making an emotional connection with the guest, telling our raw truth about some sh*t we went through, and some jokes in between! (TBH idk exactly what the hell this is about yet, so bear with me friends. We are still in the experimentation stage.) Thanks for pushing me to do this and double thank you to those who will actually listen.
