Shaun is a UEFA ‘A’ License soccer coach, holds a BA (Hons) Sports Coaching, and has worked through United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning workshop

How Ancient Rome's sewer system helped my coaching philosophy when building a team. I recently did an underground tour of Seattle and the tour guide told a story about Seattle's sewers over 100 years ago. The difference between ancient Rome and Seattle was staggering. One thought about the importance before developing the city and the other it was an afterthought.

After a torrid time in South Korea, I returned to England without a job.
