Whats Going On With Society Today? In today’s news: 10 time Grammy nominee and world renowned superstar rapper Nicki Minaj and her super lawyer Judd Burstein have filed a motion for a default judgement against YouTube Nosey Heaux Live aka Marley Green and her attorney Bobby Samini. It appears that despite the filing, Nosey’s endless tweets about Nicki Minaj and the case and Bobby’s Twitter responses, they have forgotten to respond to the actual case. The initial complain was filed on September 19,2022, and the proof of service filed September 22, 2022 shortly after. On October 21, 2022 The Samini Firm with attorney Bobby Samini agreed to accept service of the legal complaint on behalf of Nosey Heaux Live aka Marley Green, and on October 23, a copy of the summons and complaint was served on Ms. Green emailing them to Mr. Samini. Proof of service was submitted December 13, 2022 in which the court so ordered on Dec. 14, 2022. As of yesterday, the defendant and her attorney Bobby Samini have not moved nor filed any documents in response to the case, and the courts filing time has expired. They have however, been very active reporting on Nicki Minaj on twitter. Nosey Heaux despite this lawsuit still speaks ill on Onika Tanya Maraj Petty. Therefore, Judd has filed on behalf of his client Nicki Minaj to have a certificate of default filed against Ms. Green. This current lawsuit filed by Minaj is for $75,000+ in damages and we will keep you updated for any further details to be made public regarding this lawsuit. This video discusses the court case between Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty aka Nicki Minaj megastar and number one selling female rapper of all time, vs. Jennifer Hough alleged attempted R victim of Kenneth Petty. After 3 years of crazy accusations, contradicting stories, NO EVIDENCE submitted, youtube and clubhouse and stationed interviews with non-journalists. The case was officially withdrawn for dismissal by the filer and her attorney Tyrone Blackburn. Youtubers covering the case and promoting the hashtag #survivingthepettys admitted to not believing Ms. Hough and her conflicting stories once she admitted to having no evidence for her accusations. These bloggers also admitted to not reading court documents in full, nor truly tracking the case. As we now see, Nicki Minaj and her lawyer Judd Burstein will be going after her accuser for legal fees as well according to TMZ. Let this be a modern lesson in court systems and proper filing.
