We made a mystake!!! It has been brought to our attention that Jason's discription of hemoglobin was not accurate. To clarify and correct, one could think of red blood cells as jelly doughnuts with Hemoglobin as the jelly inside. Still, very strange to find dried on the outside of a cows carcus.
