I am closing out 2021 with an absolute BANGER - my first ever solo episode with more advice and insider hacks than you'll know what to do with.
This episode is broken up into 3 parts, the first being where I discuss my move into the jungle, and give you some tips about relocating during this time. The second is where I answer you, the audiences questions for me, and the third is the JUICY STUFF. It's where I dive into EVERYTHING I LEARNED FROM THIS PODCAST .. it’s the part you guys all came for.. organized so nicely and neatly into a segment I would like to call: The 5 Lies you are told about starting a podcast (or passion project) and how to silence them. Hint hint, nudge nudge, there’s a very special bonus at the end.. it's the gift that keeps on giving!

I am joined by Misses celebrate good times, the mommy of Mabel (the mobile event space), and the most excitable human I have ever met - Courtney Georgian. In the first half, we learn the vision behind her event rental and coordinator business, chaos and cappuccinos, and the massive changes she had to embrace as the industry changed forever.
In the second half, she teaches us how to change our mindsets to see everything as an accomplishment worth celebrating… and I mean EVERYTHING. We deconstruct the mentality in becoming a morning person, and how to set the tone for your day with simple and meaningful rituals. Do you ever mentally bully yourself when you don’t accomplish a certain task you hoped you would that day? We dive into the WHY of our daily tasks, and teach you how to remove your sense of control and identity from them - in order to shift from guilt, to acceptance to accomplishment. We teach you how to agenda (for adults), set and track your intentions, and even encourage you to administer a report card on your goals.
In the last bit, We hop into Sunday school and discuss all your submissions to the question “What is a non-negotiable of your morning, daily, and nightly routine?”, and close out the episode with the cocktail segment.
Featured Cocktail: Apple Cider Pomegranate Moscow Mule, specially crafted for those who have a sack of apples from the orchard and absolutely no idea with what to do with them all. Also, for people looking for a sweet, crisp, sour and spicy spin on a classic cocktail !

I am joined by an Amazon business owner, a confidence life coach, a public speaker, a reiki healer, a cognitive behavioural therapy practitioner, and an overall ray of positivity - Amanda Malandrino. In the first bit, we learn all about Amanda’s brand called The Karuna Kollective, which is both a service and product based business consisting of everything from coaching and workshops, to crystals and Candles. She teaches us all about her experience in selling through amazon and Etsy, and how to use Pinterest as a business tool to grow reach and sales substantially.
Amanda ties manifesting to worthiness, and explains that you are sabotaging your manifestations before they even materialize because you feel unworthy. We talk in depth about healing from trauma, and Amanda gives us the tools to heal from a toxic relationship. She touches upon inner child work, and how to deconstruct and invalidate beliefs about yourself that are not your own. We further the conversation by getting all of your input for the Sunday school portion, where we ask you guys how you heal from a breakup.
Featured Cocktail : The Pumpkin Spiced Latte Cocktail, specially crafted lovers of lovers of rich, cozy, fall flavours… and all the people that have a VIP Gold Pass at Starbucks.

Celina is joined by her “addicted to the unknown” angel Ellie to talk all things solo travel. You know that spontaneous, “best self” confident energy that we all experience when travelling? Ellie teaches us how to embody it in our home city, and as a result, we can become magnets for abundance and possibility. But the “how to’s” don’t end there.. they discuss how to properly manifest, how to live in your flow state, and how to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. It’s no surprise that the episode is one big Sunday school, but still, the girls conclude by working through audience submissions on “what limits you from achieving your goals”.
Instead of a cocktail segment, I order you to do the cha cha slide. 1 hop this time.

Sul Tavolo directly translates to “on the table” in Italian. But for Matt, Sul Tavolo means perseverance. After having his cheese recognized by David Rocco, Matt’s brand became an overnight sensation, and since he become unstoppable. From discussions of authenticity, to motivation, manifestation, purpose, discipline, positively handling rejection, learning to say no, leveraging opportunity, overcoming your past, working in secret, there are WAY TOO MANY Sunday school teachings to list- and I guarantee you will leave this episode feeling overwhelmingly inspired … I bet you a buratta and a couple bocconcini on it.
Featured Cocktail : The Rosemary Smoked Negroni, specially crafted for adventurous souls that chase spins on classics. And the bonus cocktail, a Negroni Sbagliato, for people prone to making mistakes... which sometimes work out for the best.

Business in the FRONT, PARTY in the BACK ... Cass shares her story of chasing her life long passion and advancing in her career as a cake artist (shout out to cake boss!) After walking away from her wildly successful company, “Me, Myself & Icing” and moving to Australia, she realized that she had much more to gain than she did to loose.
In the later half, the girls are joined by Danielle (from episode 10) to play the “Sunny With A Shot Drinking Game” live, which is guaranteed to have you cracking up and dusting off your favourite bottle. The three of them talk everything from the most ridiculous things done for money, to the funniest most traumatizing travel memories, and provide noteworthy advice along the way.
Featured Cocktail: Raspberry Lemonade Basil Smash, as inspired by the nostalgia brought by the fresh raspberries and basil I used to pick in my home garden as a kid.

Celina is joined by Cinde, aka Windy aka Georgio, aka stand up guy… just to name a few of her alter egos. Cinde discusses the message behind her new single “PUSSE”, with intentions to remove the negative connotation from the word. They detail the epic vision and.. literally* explosive production behind the music video that Celina had the pleasure of being in, rocking out on a bass guitar. She shares her experiences with Hollywood parties, from walking in on the Kylie Jenner, hanging out with the REAL Paris Hilton.. and even that time they called Big Rob to sing his iconic rap verse on “Burning Up” by the Jonas Brother’s. From dominating gender bender parties, to heated word pronunciation debates, to managing feedback and maintaining your authenticity, this episode is simply too dynamic to summarize. The entire episode is one big hilarious Sunday school, with to many take aways to count, but to sum it up.. “Think Like L.A.”.
