Description

Doctor Jaylin Glaslow is a well renowned historian aboard a space station known as the Deck. When he learns of robots who have begun to think and feel without the aid of AI or manmade devices, he is sent out to investigate why these robots have developed sentience through interviewing them on a desolate planet known as Last Stand, a place uninhabitable by organic life, but a great place for inorganic life to hide. Every week he interviews a new robot to learn about their planet and their past, hoping that maybe one day he’ll figure out what makes them work the way they do.

Hello world! This is Olivia Jeske, the creator of Soulbound, dropping the curtain for a moment to give you a few updates on the series.  Firstly, we’ll be changing our upload schedule, starting October 16th we’ll be uploading biweekly on wednesdays instead of mondays. We’re a bunch of college students doing this for free in our spare time, and a new term just started so we have to swap things around. Thank you in advance for your understanding.  And secondly, we recently hit a thousand total listens across all of our episodes which is just an amazing milestone. I’d like to thank you all so much. This whole thing was started as a final project for an audio editing class and we’ve received an overwhelming amount of support for the series as a whole. Quite frankly I’m astounded by the amount of you choosing to stick around to learn about all my very silly robots. I’d love to encourage you to leave a comment or write us a review. Tell us who your favorite robot is or what you think is going to happen next, maybe even send us an email. We’d love to hear from you all. But that's the update, no new episode this week unfortunately, but we’ll be back on the 16th. Thank you all for the continued support, and as always, good luck out there.
