Sound of the suburbs by Andy Scratch - my new monthly show features Predominantly but not exclusively music from the suburbs and will more than likely have some kind of Hertfordshire connection. Where there isn't one I will conjour a dubious link like 'I once did a gig with them and though they are all German' I'm from Hertfordshire... get the idea? The rules is there to be broken, there shall be no barrier on great music!

Christmas Special! Vintage Viney and myself take a look back on 2012's shows and pick our fave Vinyl and Mp3s... Tuesday sees new November SOTS part 1 with archive tuneage from The Legendary stardust cowboy, an 80's cassette demo from illegal 15, plus vinyl from The June Brides and The Higsons and loads more semi interesting facts and tracks from the olden days!
This Tuesday sees SOTS October Part 2 which features excessively groovy tracks from Limozine, Exit International, The Tea Set and The Bleeed, and classic vinyl from Jane Air and the Belvedears, The Fringe and World of Twist amongst others, plus demos from The Features and Tepid Halibut and loads of inane banterage

This week sees a brand new 'Part 1' of SOTS August... With Olympic style effort we've put together a show that leaps, grimaces, pikes, thrusts and ultimatley unearths silver... in the shape of Vintage Vineys flowing locked hue! It features amongst many others, music from The Time and Space Machine, Vas Deferens organisation, The Tuesday Club, Rupert preaching at a picnic and even Sex by The Urinals... The show will also feature a 'vintage vinyl' section where I delve into ancient history to unearth gems from long forgotten local (ish) bands!
