Ania Grzesik’s varied 20+ year audio career encompasses working in recording studios, theatrical sound design, and mixing live music and theater. Ania was the Audio Supervisor for Blue Man Group’s NYC production, as well as an engineer for their recordings and television appearances. Since 2018, she has been engineering and sound designing many popular podcasts, including May I Elaborate? (Team Coco), Aria Code (WNYC Studios), Proof (America's Test Kitchen), and The Big Fib (Gen-Z Media). Patrushkha Mierzwa has worked on over 80 movies and television shows for major directors including Robert Rodriquez, Quentin Tarantino, James Gray, and Robert Altman. She has been a judge for the Emmys, IATSE Sound Local 695 director, and given workshops in Los Angeles, New York City, China, Norway, England, Ireland and Holland. Her Sound Oscar-nominated shows are Ad Astra and Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood. Patrushkha is one of the first women boom operators in Hollywood and has just published the definitive book on being a Utility Sound Technician, Behind the Sound Cart: A Veteran’s Guide to Sound on the Set.

She became the first female contributor to Pro Tools Expert in 2017, and a year later, was a finalist to receive the award for Breakthrough Studio Engineer from Pro Sound Europe. Rachael Moser: Crew Chief and System Engineer

Rachael Moser is a Crew Chief/System Engineer for Clair Global. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Rachael moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2006 to attend Belmont University and pursue a career in audio.  Since starting at Clair Global in 2010, Rachael would turn her part-time job checking cables into a now over 10-year career with Clair. Rachael would continue to work in the shop for a few years, specializing in building wireless and comm systems, before making the transition to the Clair road staff in 2013. Rachael has continued to tour and work large scale events but still calls Nashville home.  She has worked with teams from Chris Stapleton, Sheryl Crow, Eric Church, Blake Shelton, Cam, Keith Urban, Farm Aid festival and several CMT festivals.
