Charlotte Ferrell introduces special guests Gudrun Langolf, past president of COSCO, and 411 Board member Stuart Alcock. Guests urge listeners to exercising their valuable voting rights. Stuart outlines available voting methods and notes that mail ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on October 24th.  Gudrun describes how to obtain accurate information and suggests ways to advocate for change. We discuss election issues, most importantly the need for improve funding and staffing for residential and at-home care,
