Speak Up, Warrior!

I read some existential angst I wrote out loud in the bath tub.

We’re looking at the blindspots we have about grief and loss, and how examining these blind spots make us better friends, allies, and every day activists. Also, we discuss how making this a practice can only help our kids to dispel taboos and shame as they grow up in our Western US American society.
