I have heard "You should write a book" more times than I can count when people hear a fraction of my life experiences. So instead.....I'm podcasting it!
This podcast is taking a deep dive into the traumatic events of my childhood and adolescent years. My hope is to let other people know they are not alone in how they feel. I want to shed light on childhood and intergenerational trauma and what the after affects look like.
Trauma never really ends, it only morphs into new trauma.
