'Lazy is not real' - it's always underlying fear, conditioning, or comfort zones preventing action. fear of failure, fear of judgment, or fear of success can paralyze individuals and prevent them from taking action.Conditioning from past experiences and comfort zones can create mental barriers, making it challenging to step outside of familiar patterns and pursue goals.Inspiration sources discussed: attending events, play music, breathwork, and courses that immediately motivate action. 00:18:11 – 00:27:09 | Mindset and Emotional Management People-pleasing behavior is discouraged, as it inhibits authentic leadership and personal power.Leaders must be unbothered by criticism and focused on pushing others to their highest potential.Importance of emotional regulation: Leaders should manage feelings and push themselves and others toward positive growth. 00:27:09 – 00:47:49 | Personal Fulfillment & Emotional Management Tools            The Baseline Shape Shifter framework categorizes emotions into four quadrants based on energy levels and positivity. It helps individuals identify their emotional state and provides tools to shift from negative to positive emotions effectively. The framework emphasizes the importance of awareness and intentional action to maintain emotional balance and well-being. Five and Snap involves counting down from 5 to 1 while performing a physical action, such as snapping fingers or jumping, to disrupt negative thought patterns and refocus energy.Fuck It Bucket is a weekly practice where individuals write down their negative thoughts and fears, symbolically discarding them to reduce mental clutter and promote a positive mindset. 00:47:49 – 00:58:44 | Closing and Takeaway The ultimate advice: “Just do the damn thing.”Action is the key to success and overcomingprocrastination or fear. Encouragement to share the message to inspire othersto live healthier, wealthier, and happier lives. Even small steps can lead tosignificant progress, making it easier to tackle larger goals over...

If you think business success is all about strategy, think again. Success starts with mindset — business strategy comes second. You can have the best marketing plan in the world, but if you’re stuck in self-doubt, fear, or that "Who am I to do this?" energy, you’ll never get to where you want to be. Today, we’re breaking down the mental blocks that keep healers, coaches, and spiritual entrepreneurs stuck—plus, the real reason why so many people struggle to charge what they’re worth. We’re calling out the myths, the limiting beliefs, and the straight-up BS that keeps people small. From imposter syndrome to the jealousy that shows up the second you start winning, we’re spilling it all. Ready to shift your mindset and own your success? Let’s go.=========================================================In this episode of Spill the Tea, we share:00:02:09 – 00:05:23 | The "Unhealed Healer" EpidemicThe spiritual space is full of people claiming to be healers, but are they really doing the work? One of the biggest problems in the industry are unhealed healers. These are the people who preach about transformation but haven’t faced their own shadows. And here’s the truth—if you haven’t done the inner work, you have no business guiding others. 00:05:23 – 00:20:37 | The Dark Side of the Spiritual BusinessThe second you start making moves, the haters come out—and they’re usually the ones preaching love and light. Kirstie shares a wild story about a friend who landed a huge opportunity, only to be met with backlash from the very community that should have been cheering her on. So why does success trigger people so much in the spiritual space? We’re calling it out: jealousy, scarcity mindset, and the deep-seated fear that someone else’s win means your loss. Spoiler alert—it doesn’t. 00:20:37 – 00:32:50 | | Leadership, Mindset, and Pushing Through the Hard StuffTrue leadership is about lifting others up, not tearing them doww and success isn’t a threat—it’s a roadmap. Instead of blocking or ignoring competitors, study them. Go through their business, their funnel, their client reviews—find the gaps they’re missing and position yourself differently.Everyone starts at zero. No one is born with a six-figure business. The difference? Some people believe in themselves enough to go all in, while others let self-doubt keep them stuck. Scaling means breaking things apart. We’ve had to rip our business to shreds, fire and hire, completely restructure—because growth requires reinvention. It's messy, uncomfortable, and exhausting, but it's also what takes you to the next level.00:32:50 – 00:50:05 | Healing and Transformation Are Possible with the Right Mindset, but It’s Your Responsibility to Put in the WorkMindset beats strategy every time. Business growth isn’t just about ideas—it’s about pushing through discomfort, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs. Most people don’t fail because of a lack of knowledge; they fail because they don’t truly believe they’ll succeed/You have the power to change your internal narrative. When you shift your thoughts, you can change your feelings and actions. Healing begins with self-awareness and understanding that the stories we attach to our emotions shape our experiences. Mindset plays a critical role in overcoming limiting beliefs, and it’s important to question the stories we’ve been programmed to believe. But the key is YOU have to put in the work! We are not your “healers”, we’re just here to give you the tools and resources. 00:50:05 – 00:56:13 | Fear of Charging What You’re WorthMost coaches are amazing at what they do. That’s why they’re coaches. But here’s the thing – there’s this weird disconnect when it comes to asking for money. It feels “icky” because somewhere along...

Kirsty shares a powerful story about a public meltdown with Harvey, how she kept her cool, and the surprising lesson it taught her about parenting with patience and trust.00:17:05 – 00:31:02 | The Self-Care Hack Most Parents IgnoreYou can't be the best parent if you're running on empty. We get real about the guilt parents feel around taking time for themselves and why making self-care non-negotiable is actually the best thing you can do for your family.00:31:02 – 00:36:20 | Why Breathwork is a Parenting SuperpowerWhen the stress hits, breathwork is our go-to tool for not snapping at the kids. We explain how box breathing can help you reset in the moment and teach your kids to manage their emotions, so they don’t explode over the little stuff.00:36:20 – 00:16:00 | Different Kids, Different NeedsThere’s no one-size-fits-all parenting style. #12 TRAVELING THE WORLD

#12 TRAVELING THE WORLD

2025-01-1601:21:32

Okay, crew, it’s time to spill the tea on what really happens when you’re traveling the world with kids, running a business, and trying to stay sane. We’re coming to you straight from the beaches of Pattaya, Thailand—way more chill than the last time you heard from us in Vegas. This episode? It’s all about the messy, the magical, and the downright mental moments from our travels. Sure, Instagram makes it look dreamy, but we’re here to tell you about the real side of travel:Like the time we almost got married by Elvis in Vegas (spoiler alert: it was not what we expected). How we managed a full-blown family flu while trying to keep up with our business and our jet-setting schedule. The truth about traveling with kids, from jet lag to snacks to “are we there yet?” moments on repeat. We’re diving deep into what it’s really like to wake up in a different country every other week, to keep grinding when you’d rather crash, and to find joy in the chaos of it all.In this episode of Spill the Tea, we share:00:01:50 – 00:08:47 - Vegas and the Strip Club “Miscommunication”: We kick things off by sharing our Vegas experience - what was supposed to be a wild, glamorous trip turned into a flu-filled, chaotic adventure. We also talk about the missed opportunity to get married by Elvis and the fight we has soon after due to Beau’s visit to the biggest strip club in the world. 00:08:47 – 00:17:22 - The Aftermath of Our Fight, Travelling from Vegas to LA by Bus and Still Showing Up to Do Our Work: After Vegas, we made our way to LA. After an emotional morning filled with frustration and unresolved tension, we ended up  taking a bus to LA. Despite the setbacks, including a grueling bus ride that left us feeling nauseous and exhausted, we pushed through. The discomfort and disagreement didn’t stop us from showing up for work, though. We arrived in LA late and immediately got to work, with one of us setting up a makeshift office in the tiniest hotel gym imaginable. It was a struggle, feeling sick and overwhelmed, but we did what we had to do to serve our audience and keep moving forward. This experience taught us an important lesson about resilience: even when things don’t go as planned, it’s about showing up, doing the work, and making the best of any situation. Life and work aren’t always perfect, but success comes from handling the chaos with grace and determination.00:17:22 – 00:24:03 - Family Experiences & Overcoming Fear: Our highest value in life is giving our family experiences and creating those memories. And honestly, flying? Beau still hates it. Every time we board, there’s this anxiety that hits and the brain just goes straight into Final Destination mode. It’s that constant battle—what’s intuition and what’s just plain old anxiety? But,we push through it because we know that’s how we break through the comfort zone. And sometimes, you gotta do that to get to the next level, right? It’s the same with starting a business - those doubts, that inner voice telling you not to do it, trying to protect you. But deep down, you know you gotta go for it. It’s that same feeling I get when I face my fears—turning anxiety into excitement, shifting my mindset, and just going for it.00:24:03 – 00:35:25 - Homelessness and Addiction Crisis in Vancouver: We stayed in Vancouver a bit longer than planned, and the state of homelessness there was something we've never experienced. It was shocking, like nothing we’ve ever seen before. We saw people who looked completely zombified, their bodies twisted and contorted in ways we couldn’t comprehend. Hundreds of people, stuck in these awful cycles, many so far gone that we honestly couldn’t see a way back for them. It really hit us hard because we kept thinking about how these people were once kids, innocent and full...
