Incredibly nourishing dialogue by these two beings of light and darkness. Loved the balance and respect in their exchange and how they complimented each other's statements and ideas. Great flow, superb wisdom and unsurpassable kindness of heart. Thank you , thank you ,thank you. Jose
dayum paul. U look like a wize man... but somwtimes u say some "stereotipical stuff" ... ..it is proven it was not russia mendling in US election.. more like china/or democratic party

I listen to a lot of podcasts and I have to say this episode with Paleo valley is one of the best podcast episodes I have heard in a long time. It was broken down so simply and it is just wonderful to hear Paul and Autumn talk about healing people with food and why it is so necessary to have the right tools not just supplements and other store-bought products. I'm not the type to just buy into marketing employees but after this episode I literally went straight to out Paleo valley's website and ordered five different products really excited to see how I feel after listening to this podcast.
Would love to know where people in this community live in the world.
would love an episode discussing various fabrics and metals in our clothing what we can do to live healthier, for us and the material life cycle as far as not filling landfills with all of these sheets of plastic/polyester. thank you for another fantastic interview!
I love your podcasts Paul. you give so much to the world. This was another great podcast. Thank you so much
Amazing podcast, I have given up Bra's ever since the first time i read and heard about his Information. feels so much better in so many ways. Thank you both 🙏🏿
at 27:53 Paul mentions his son knowing when they're not in the present... funny because MY DOG notices this in me as well! He can tell when I'm on my phone I'm not really present and I can tell he is discouraged unless I put the phone down to be in the present with him. Funny how even an animal can recognize this.
i dont know paul. when going plant based u need more food or u drop mussle. but some do report more performance with lower muscle.
hahaha. Best intro in the history of podcasts
i always love listening to Paul and all his wisdom. i truly feel i have found my place in this world with holistic health. it's something that gives me so much after my ego dissolving rock bottom moment not so long time ago. I'd love to meet him and gain more knowledge on how to go through difficulty in life.
thank you... amazing
