Dan and Andy talk updates regarding sports, NASCAR and the COVID impact on NBA, NHL and the NFL.   They discuss the Major League Baseball Draft next. Andy reviews "This Day In Sports History" and follows up with "This Day In Music History".  Dan reviews the self-titled Audioslave album from 2002.

Andy begins the episode with a commentary on the Sports lockdown recorded from his Instagram video on May 25. Andy provides the updates on the state of Professional and Collegiate sports during 2020. Andy gives his "This Day in Sports History" segment, followed by "This Day is Music History" Dan reviews the 1991 album "Nevermind" by Nirvana.

Dan and Andy talk sports during the National shut-down, NASCAR will proceed with their May 17 race.   NFL draft results and free-agent signings including Thaddeus Moss (Randy's son), a TE signed by the Washington Redskins. Andy discusses the "this day in sports" segment. Andy discusses the "this day in music" segment. Dan reviews the 1967 album "Are You Experienced" by the Jimi Hendrix Experience.

Andy talks about the WNBA draft results for the Minnesota Lynx. Dan talks about the XFL season being cancelled, and the latest news that they have filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection.   NFL Draft is this coming week.   Tavaris Jackson, 36, killed in car crash in Alabama. "This day is sports" is covered next. Music notes and birthdays are covered by Andy. Dan reviews "British Steel", the 1980 release by Judas Priest.

Special guest Jason Ink joins the program for the first segment.  He is a former All-Star Wrestler currently living in Western Carver County. Dan and Andy discuss the recent St. Paul, MN cockfighting bust and the high-speed chase that ensued. Dan talks off-season moves in the NFL, and the Houston Texans in particular. Andy updates us with the "this day in sports" segment. Andy discusses "this day" in the music world and Dan reviews "High 'n' Dry", the 1981 Album by Def Leppard.

College hockey is discussed along with two local Goaltender notes. Pro Football, including the release of the new logo for the L.A.  Rams. Andy goes over "this day in sports" and "this day in music". Dan review the album "Little Queen" which was released by Heart in 1977 and went Triple Platinum.

Dan and Andy talk High School State Tournaments (Boy's Hockey and Girl's Basketball). The Corona-Virus outbreak has cancelled, High School Sports, College Sports and Pro Sports.  The impact of this was discussed next. Andy provided notes on "this day in music" and concert updates. Dan and Andy talk Pro Baseball spring training and the XFL week 5. College Hockey (men's and women's) and basketball (men's and women's) winter season is wrapping up.   Conference Tournaments for the next two weekends and Selection Sunday  will be Sunday, March 15.   Sports and Songs will be hosting a Men's Bracket NCAA Basketball Pick ' Em Challenge. High School Hockey finals are today and Girls basketball Sectional Finals are done.  Brackets for the Girls Tourney will be announced this week for all four classes. Boy's High School Basketball are in the midst of their Sectional playoff games and we'll have more on those games next week. Andy had music/concert notes and Dan reviewed the album "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath that was released in January, 1971.
