Story Up

The Prince and the Pauper is a novel by Mark Twain in which Tom accidentally switches places with Prince Edward due to a misunderstanding. Edward is mistakenly thrown out onto the streets, and he struggle to reclaim his identity from Tom. Mistaken for a beggar, Prince Edward must struggle to survive on the streets. Meanwhile, Tom, who has no idea how to be a prince, fears being discovered as an imposter. On the day of Tom's coronation, Edward returns. He proves his identity by leading the Lord Protector to the great seal, the exact location of which only Edward could have known.
