Where are they now?  Angie Weber was a guest on the podcast almost two years ago. As a mom of twins and wife, she never thought the entrepreneurial journey would be one that she'd embark on. During her time as a team member of a small marketing company, many would ask what she was planning on starting one day. She never though much about it until one day at a meeting her passion got ignited and there was no turning back. Shortly after that pivotal moment in her life, she co-founded Hello Life, a natural cosmetic line, and launched it in September 2016. But truth be told, she was never a makeup pro by spending hours in the mirror or watching videos on YouTube. What she did know is she felt a whole lot more confident when she had some mascara on, she wanted more natural options that didn't cost an arm and a leg, and she wanted quick and easy. Plus, as designing and developing a business there was another string that was being tugged on her heart- it had to have some kind of bigger purpose than some good looking lips. That is when Angie decided to team up with the Foundation for Excellence in Mental Health Care. She looks forward to seeing where the company goes in the future and see the impact they are helping create in the mental health care world.   Listen in as she updates her three business lessons since our last interview:   Be adaptable Market like you don't have anyone to sell to Don't get caught in the comparison trap   For additional information about Angies cosmetic line and on-line parties, go to www.hellogorgeouslife.com

Whitney Nicely is an expert property investor, speaker and real estate coach.  Today, she’s called the queen of real estate investing in East Tennessee.  But that’s not how she started.   Before quitting her 9 to 5, Whitney scraped by on $24,000 a year working a desk job and living on her parents couch.  That was in 2013.  Now, she owns more than $2.5 million in real estate assets.   Whitney Nicely went from no investments (or strategies) to 19 houses, 19 apartment units and 7 chunks of land in less than three years all bringing monthly money to her bank account on auto pilot. One of her favorite deals?  Early on, she spent $1,500 dollars on a piece of ugly, dirt land and currently rakes in nearly $10,000 a year, from that one property.   Whitney now teaches hundreds of women how they can use no money down, no credit and no banks to finance real estate deals.   In less than three years, she’s negotiated nearly 60 real estate deals and generated more than $25,000 in passive income each month.       She has traveled the United States speaking on stages, teaching her simple strategies, and meeting with other successful real estate investors- and still buying houses the way she teaches others.    Here three business lessons:   Make three offers every time Tell people who you are through social media Think big! For more information and to connect with Whitney, join her Facebook group by clicking here https://www.facebook.com/groups/reirockstarintraining/
