Here’s a preview from another podcast we love, Cautionary Tales. On Cautionary Tales, bestselling author Tim Harford finds the morals in moments from the greatest mistakes and tragic catastrophes of the past. This Halloween season, he’s exploring “Halloween sadism” – where a stranger puts something dangerous in the treats collected by children. Razor blades in apples. Rat poison in chocolate. That sort of thing. Fantastical reports of trouble pop up every spooky season, but is trick or treating really something to worry about? Or is there a more likely danger awaiting children on Halloween night? Hear the full episode, and more from Cautionary Tales, at https://podcasts.pushkin.fm/cthalloween?sid=strangeville. Ok, back to Google again, this time regular episode 3. The man that was renting a room from the squatter died 10 days after eviction, just another sad turn of events. This could be a movie! https://www.9news.com/amp/article/news/investigations/denver-squatter-rented-room-to-at-risk-man/73-be810756-251f-450e-8b22-ee19c8474b9b#amp_tf=From%20%251%24s&aoh=16491151176867&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com

I had to Google the piece of art mentioned in episode 2, I almost laughed out loud at how truly ugly I found it to be, insane what people will spend that kind of money on. (speaking of the value ascribed to it) Of course this is only my opinion.

I'm not sure that I would have thought it was a famous work of art. It looks more like a child's drawing. lol Sorry De Kooning. I'm sure you were very talented. Far more so than I!
