During the Pandemic, while many people were fearful and frustrated..we came together in prayer and fasting. If God has been pulling you to fast you can try this one... You can do 1,2 or 3 days. The fast is for 8 hours a day (no food;only liquids). I did all 3 days to be everyone's accountability buddy each day.Write down different areas of your life you want God to change things in... (Keep this list so you can keep record of when God answers your prayers)Instead of eating and snacking: spend that time with God in prayer, meditation, listening or singing gospel music; reading your Bible or having Christian christian communication with another believer.Finally let God be God and work your situations out.Let this encourage you...
