John Brzenk doubts the benefits of heavy PED use actually outweigh the negatives. Ryan Bowen has talked about trying for another kid but that his PED use have proved harmful. Larry Wheels talked openly about he 10 year stint on steroids, and his recent decision to switch to TRT. Older athletes like Michael Todd have talked about TRT making you feel like you can still be competitive. Then I discovered Travis Graham, from the youtube channel, The Natural Alpha - a powerlifter in his mid-40s talking about ways in which you can be and stay strong in a natural way. He has also recently started getting into arm-wrestling, so I thought I'd talk to him and hear his thoughts on the matter."
