Being online coaches on Team NK Athletics, we both have said time and time again that the feedback recordings we send our clients every week tends to be so long and full of information that they may as well be podcasts. So we decided, why NOT just do the dang thing and actually make a podcast of our own? Enter, Strong Body Stronger Mind. A podcast where we recognize how intertwined our mental and physical health truly is. Where we cut through the BS in the fitness industry and get straight to the facts. Where we share our own struggles and successes and use both our personal experiences and lessons learned through coaching to spread knowledge and help others take control of both their bodies and their minds.
