Jason Hirsh is a former MLB pitcher for the Houston Astros and Colorado Rockies. Since his playing career has ended, Jason has founded FAST (Function Arm Strength and Training) arm care and is the owner and lead instructor at the facility. FAST is one of the only data-driven development facilities in Colorado. We spoke to Jason about that, his philosophies on development for kids growing up, and the warm-up and recovery methods he uses at FAST, among other topics!
