I just listened to Study Skills 101 and found it super helpful! The focus on metacognitive learning strategies really opened my eyes to how much more effective studying can be when you're aware of your own thought processes. I’ve always struggled with figuring out the best way to retain information, but these scientific methods are definitely a game-changer. I’m excited to try out some of the techniques you mentioned, like self-quizzing and reflective thinking. Also, if anyone’s looking for help with academic writing, I’ve been using Paperial lately (you can see its review at https://essaysonline.org/paperial-review/ ) and it’s been a great resource for me. Looking forward to more episodes.
