wow! A great episode. I can't honestly say how much I enjoyed it and how much mind blowing it was. It's been a while since I have started caring for my subconscious and listening to this podcast is going to be a great help. I feel kind of outdated, listening to this after almost 7 years :)) but 7 years ago I didn't have the slightest idea what a podcast is, so here I am now. :D

Thank you... Words carry so much weight. all words.... words that create sentences. I have gotten to a place where I can't stop the energy behind the words. I see it as light and darkness..... I have had to tell someone I have loved and still love very much to stop talking. it sounds so mean. I clarified that there was no other way to say it. stop talking for me was not to be mean or disrespectful. the thought and then word forms pushed on me became my reality. well I'll say man made reality. that's been my conflict within myself. now I have to "rewrite" all my beliefs. I am a beautiful human being.... I am going to show up everyday. all things will get better everyday. all things in my life are getting better all the time. Thank you. right on time, I needed to hear this from someone else's mouth to my ears. I love. I am love. unstoppable me. I think dr. dyer wrote a book called unstoppable me. IDK. sounds familiar and if I am wrong, I am sorry. if not then yes, that's a good memor
