I'm currently taking the 31 day challenge and I have to say, there are so many obstacles that get in the way of our success. I came home today, fuel empty, lots of homework, and I wanted to go sleep and not do ANYTHING. Then I thought to myself, there arent any obstacles getting in my way. The ONLY thing keeping me from achieving my goal is my mindset. The way that I look at my goals and my challenges affects the overall outcome of the 31 day challenge! If I continue to tell myself, "this is getting in the way of my goal", or "I'd RATHER do this", then I would never EVER get to where I want to go. I cannot make excuses because excuses build obstacles and obstacles kill motivation, and lack of motivation stops my goals, and without goals, I cannot live my dreams. I had to push through. I had to say,"I'm not building myself ANY obstacles. I'm going to GET through this." And that's what has helped me. So thank you for your motivation. -Grace Cadman (Hanford High School)

Absolutely love this! I’m a newer “phone” caller who’s moved over to the podcast. A very realistic, common sense approach to success in all areas. Dr. Gilbert’s content and delivery is “action provoking” and not just thought provoking! A+
