Drawing from her extensive work in leadership training and culture transformation, Talia introduces four foundational habits—Listen, Observe, Value, and Engage—to enhance self-awareness, foster meaningful connections, and drive impactful change in both personal and professional settings.Listen: Talia explains how listening goes beyond active attention to include tapping into intuition and staying present. By offering the world your undivided listening attention, you not only deepen your connections but also maintain mental wellness. Listening becomes a gateway to wisdom, strategy, and resilience in an increasingly distracted world.Observe: Observation, as Talia describes, is about cultivating a keen sense of presence and practicing systems thinking. By closely observing patterns and connections, you expand your perspective and unlock innovative problem-solving capabilities. This skill also encourages deeper engagement in everyday interactions.Value: Aligning with your values is critical to conscious leadership. Talia emphasizes making bold decisions rooted in what matters most to you. Whether it’s speaking up in challenging situations or letting your core beliefs guide your choices, aligning with your values helps foster authenticity and drive meaningful action.Engage: Effective engagement involves mastering the art of asking critical questions and fostering curiosity. Talia highlights how engaging with others meaningfully—through inquiry and dialogue—creates opportunities to understand, connect, and inspire. Small talk, when intentional, can serve as a gateway to deeper relationships and impactful leadership.➡️ Show Linkshttps://successstorypodcast.com  YouTube: https://youtu.be/O2biSA-z2XQ Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/talia-fox-ceo-of-kusi-global-the-power/id1484783544 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/episode/7yKo2cXSvBOqoVgfxYcqaQ?si=7615b7f9d6934dc8 ➡️ Watch the Podcast On Youtubehttps://www.youtube.com/c/scottdclary Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Your podcast was recommended to me, and the content is good. Thank you. However, the amount of interruptions and ads is much greater than any other podcast I'm listening to. Seth gets interrupted way too frequently and always mid sentence. I find it very jarring. At one point, right after a sponsor segment, he says two sentences before we go back to another sponsor section. please tone back the ads a bit, and time them after important points have been completed, please.
