Hey Bears! This week’s Success Tip is giving yourself the credit and affirmations you deserve. Often, the goals we set are treated as if carved in stone with tons of pressure that doesn’t account for… LIFE. While clearly defined goals help keep us all moving towards what we want to become—we cannot let them overshadow what we learn, grow, and do along the way. Take these five minutes to consider all that you accomplished in the past few months and tell yourself one key statement anytime you feel the doubt creeping in on today’s Success Weekly.

If you are in the Greeley area, you can still visit Holmes Dining Hall for Grab and Go meals. Otherwise, look at your local government website for food assistance programs in your area. You might apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance to offset food costs. There are eligibility requirements to navigate but apply through the USDA site (linked in our BIO). And last, try to spruce up packages of ramen or rice by making a cheap and easy stir fry.
