the episode with the woman who doesnt know shes a ghost, "route 666", I think is supposed to be derived from the wailing woman...
in mama, it's the uncle of the children that takes the two little girls in when they're found. the father is the one that took them out to the woods to kill them and then himself because I think the wife died or something. but Mama kills the father before he manages to kill the children.
I think in the original Charmed series there is a female Wendigo
Very nice podcast!
Audio is horrible! I have to drive long distances so I like to listen to podcasts while I'm driving to pass the time. this one keeps changing the volume. everything will be normal and then all of a sudden you hear the guy's voice super loud like his mouth is in the microphone and after this happened several times - it's really startling and annoying- I just couldn't stand it anymore. i won't be listening to any more episodes I think I'm good
