Welcome to my Podcast - Survive Infertility with Me. I have been trying to conceive for 16 years as of July of 2021. This will mostly be me, embarking on this journey with you! However there could be a few guest speaker episodes. . . If i don't have the answers I'll search for them for you! I'm a youth counselor with 10 years experience, so I know a bit about therapeutic intervention. I'm only an expert in my own journey with SEVERE depression looming, but I have learned and grown so much! I want to share what I have gathered the last 16 years through this podcast!

I take you through the self care wheel that makes up all the sections that make you whole. In between episodes we will have a self care stop explaining one of the 7 sections; physical health, emotional well-being, social life, mental health, personal, professional life, and spiritual. I decided to focus on the areas of physical health that are most important to promoting great reproductive health and wellness.
My story was hard to tell and I wanted to give you as much of it as I could. I take you through my trials and slops thus far and give newcomers in the infertility world some insight. Things I learned throughout my way. Things you dont want to miss out on. I also let you know what the next episode will be about! Enjoy!
