The consensus from the fans this week is that we are seeing really poor gameplay from one alliance combined with mildly competent gameplay from the opposing alliance that has delivered this "failure to flush" scenario three weeks in a row. Overall feedback remained positive this week with some saying it was the best of the season, but quite a few were left feeling a bit empty given the vote out. Well that was unfortunate. Medical evacuations are always a bummer, and we certainly don't want to see that type of unprecedented event in Survivor. For a season that initially felt passed over as CBS rushed to promote Season 50 instead, 49 started off really well. The marooning challenge was a typical blowout, but the supplies challenge turned into an exciting come from behind win. We enjoyed the tribe time as we got to see who meshed and who didn't.
