Description

Suspect is an investigative series about mislaid justice and the kinds of weighty decisions that detectives, lawyers, and jurors make every day - decisions that, once made, are almost impossible to reverse.

Season 3: Five Shots in the Dark follows Leon Benson, who spent 24 years in an Indiana state prison for the 1998 murder of a young man named Kasey Schoen. His conviction hinged on the testimony of two eyewitnesses – but what if their memories turned out to be wrong? And what if the people who knew what really happened had never been allowed to speak? Suspect Season 3: Five Shots in the Dark is the story of two victims: one murdered, one sentenced to life. Follow host Matt Shaer and attorney Lara Bazelon as they investigate how the justice system failed both Leon and Kasey, and who the real killer might be. Join this unprecedented look inside the attempt to overturn a wrongful conviction and find out if justice will finally be served.

Eartha Ivey

I can never forget May 6, 2019. The year almighty God used Dr.Lucas to change my life for good. I'm so happy sharing this to the world because i have never seen this kind of miracle Dr.Lucas did in my life, I'm Eartha Ivey who won $7,000,000 million dollars on Virginia lottery, i was a nurse in suffolk, on that blessed day i was on a website and i saw a comment from Earl Lape on how Dr.Lucas helped him won the lottery, although i was so scared i took the risk and gave it a try and i took Dr.Lucas Email and messaged him, i told him what i want and he assured me that i was going to win the lottery game, he casted a spell and gave me some numbers after 48hrs with some instructions which i followed correctly and to my greatest surprise i won with the numbers. When i realized i had won a prize. I was all nervous and shaky, so I called my daughter and said to her, I think I won $4 million. I never knew I won $7,000,000. I became $7 million richer overnight with the help of Dr Lucas, please t

Jeff scares me. He admits to being fascinated by the process, so was keen to be part of it. The way he talks and from the recounting of his actions and "presentation" to the other jury members, he sounds like he's a lawyer wanna-be (and he apparently implied those were the only people he trusted in this case). I'm at a loss to understand how both the defense and prosecution were okay with him as a jury member. There's just something off with him.

The narrative structure is impeccable, striking a balance between riveting storytelling and expert analysis. The host skillfully uncovers the intricate details of various criminal cases, shedding light on the often complex and convoluted process of identifying, tracking, and apprehending suspects. https://smallbusinessusa.com/listing/tray-crafters.html What sets "Suspect" apart is its commitment to presenting both sides of the story. The podcast does not just focus on law enforcement's perspective; it also delves into the experiences and motivations of the individuals accused of crimes. This nuanced approach allows listeners to gain a deeper understanding of the psychological and emotional aspects of suspect profiling. https://www.getyourpros.com/usa/chicago/manufacturing/tray-crafters/60632/illinois

Kolleen is so brave for doing this. And Leon obviously. But he must have been imagining this moment for a lot longer than her.

Dakaria is in jail and after proactively deciding to talk to the cops in the expectation that he will benefit without a lawyer,?? then after saying he don't know Leon yet when he runs into him he says "don't worry I fixed it". hmmmmm

It's important to remember that the term "suspect" carries a presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. While it's natural to have suspicions about certain individuals or situations, we should always strive to uphold the principle of due process. Jumping to conclusions without proper evidence can lead to misunderstanding and injustice. https://www.houzz.co.uk/hznb/professionals/painters-and-decorators/customise-sticker-pfvwgb-pf~315318174? If you have concerns about a potential suspect, it's crucial to report your observations to the appropriate authorities and let them handle the investigation. Engaging in vigilantism or spreading unverified information can harm innocent individuals and hinder the legal process. https://www.brownbook.net/business/51949190/customise-sticker/

This podcast is not about finding the truth, but rather just to push a narrative. Convicted rapist could not have raped and killed another person because he's black and everyone is racist. I'm done.

Such BS. He committed all these crimes, but was only "harassed" because he was black? He committed serious crimes. Ridiculous, his color is irrelevant.

really? the way you act like African Americans are harassed and arrested more than white people for no reason is absolute bullshit. statistically speaking, 80% of all crimes committed in America are committed by African Americans. and no, I'm not racist. I believe everyone should be treated as equals, regardless of their skin tone. I'm speaking strictly statistically. this host sucks.
