Samina serves as the curator of Muslima: Muslim Women’s Art and Voices, a global, virtual exhibition for the International Museum of Women (IMOW), now part of Global Fund for Women. She is the co-founder of American Muslim feminist organization Daughters of Hajar. Her debut novel Madras on Rainy Days, was awarded the Prix du Premier Roman Etranger award from France and was a finalist for the PEN/Hemingway Award. She is a blogger for The Huffington Post and Daily Beast.

Susan is the founder of Insiring New Perspectives and has been delivering inpirational and motivational cuourses and workshops for over 25 years. Susan is the author of Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership: Eight Strategies to Ignite Passion and Transformation Program Quality.

Her books have been featured on numerous best book lists and received a total of 20 starred reviews.

She is a cofounder of the Recovery Groups for Women with Controlling Partners wich focuses on women subject to domestic abuse and their recovery.

Sridevi Ramanathan co author of All the Women in My Family Sing is an author and activist who believes women and girls have a written voice. Sridevi hosted with others a panel presentation titled "Diverse Voices of Women's Spirituality".

She is a Poetry for the People alumna, a motivational speaker, and a four time VONA Voices Fellow, and so much more. She has more than a dozen poems and two self published chapbooks. Kira is a contributor to All the Women in My Famly Sing, Enduring Values, and Tayo Literary Magazine and Endangered Species.

Williams is an Oakland writer who writes in the fiction, nonfiction and memoir genres.  A family historian, Dera researches and writes about her family. She has co-authored a work of fiction, Mothers Wit: Stories of Mother and Daughters. Her most current anthology contributions can be found in All the Women in My Family Sing, Where's My Tiara (fiction) and the upcoming Two Languages/One Community project.

Today, meet Karin Esterhammer,  author of “So Happiness to Meet You: Foolishly, Blissfully Stranded in Vietnam” Karin worked for the Los Angeles Times as an editor, writer, and travel columnist for 15 years. In between, I published essays in the books Chocolate for a Woman’s Spirit and Chocolate for a Mother’s Heart. And—this is a little bit embarrassing—I won a Harlequin Books romance essay contest.   She has also written for numerous publications, including Asia Life magazine;  Chicago Tribune; Baltimore Sun; Christian Science Monitor; Augusta Chronicle; Los Angeles Daily News; Orlando Sentinel; The Standard—China’s Business Newspaper; and earlier in my career, a bunch of tiny newspapers across the country that I’m pretty sure still owe her money.
