Dirty Gibson Recipe
2 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce pickled cocktail onion brine
1/4 ounce dry vermouth
Pickled cocktail onions for garnish
Pour all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and stir well (don't shake). Strain into a martini or coupe glass and stab 2 or 3 cocktail onions with a toothpick as a garnish.
