The Last Judgment is the last time we judge ourselves with anything but the perfect happiness and joy of total acceptance of the Atonement. God does not condemn. Nor does God judge. Can we release ourselves from guilt and punishment that have been in our mind for eons? With the Christ are we absolved of all errors, and we are free of consequences that we were bringing upon ourselves. Can we accept the Atonement that is the last time we ever judge?
FEAR AND CONFLICT Fear brings about inner conflict, because we end up being inconsistent with what we "think" and what we "do." Our thoughts and our actions are conflicted, and this produces anger and fear, and also a certain amount of guilt for this inconsistency. We have elevated "ego thoughts" (body thoughts of fear) to the level of the mind. We have not identified with our True Identity, and been "fooled" by "body thoughts." This mistake produces fear. We can accept the Atonement for ourselves and correct this mistake. Then we have the Christ Mind to guide us according to the Holy Spirit's decisions.
In this Podcast Sondra & Markus discuss the special principles of Miracles Workers. What do we need to have clear about the process of miracles? This discussion helps us to understand our right relationship with the Christ Consciousness in the action of performing miracles.
The Function of the Miracle Worker is to accept the Atonement for himself/herself. Only the Mind can create, and correction (miracles) happens at the thought level. Mostly, the suspension of the thought of the ego, which has fragmented itself, is what is needed. Spirit makes no errors. The mind can make misperceptions which require corrections at the mind level. The body is neutral and merely reflects the mind. The Atonement is the principle of forgiveness that corrects the mind. Right-Mindedness is the realm of healing. Healing is of the mind, not from a physical medication or treatment that ignores correction of the mind.
All healing is a release from fear. Fear is of the mind, not the body. This section makes it clear healing is therefore in the mind. The mind is the level where the error occurred, and therefore where any correction needs to be made. The body responds to the directions of the mind. Material Agents to treat bodily ills are described as "magic," not creative. Creative actions are in the mind. However, it is important not to increase fear in addressing our disease. Taking medication is therefore OK, if an increase in fear would precipitate from using the mind to heal. Miracles are not meant to increase fear.
The Altar of God is the place for releasing the inner light of the Atonement. Perceiving the "body" in terms of a temple relies on the inner Altar of Truth that is a holy relationship between us and the Christ Self and God. Any real temple will have an Alar of this Holy Relationship. The separation and fear are ended at this Altar. The Atonement is the defense against the separation. All errors are forgiven. At the center of the Altar of God, the separation is ended.
What is a perfect defense that repels all attack, and cannot be used to attack back? Atonement, or complete forgiveness, is such a "defense." We put ourselves in the "Peace of God that surpasses understanding." Miracles are our right. Jesus has asked us to perform miracles, but without any fear or doubt that would misdirect them. The perfection of Atonement casts our fear, doubt, errors and all things that are not perfect happiness. It restores our eternal state of inner Peace.
What are the origins of the separation? We perceived ourselves as "imperfect," and then attempted to fulfill a lack and make ourselves "perfect" again. But this Perfection was already our God-Created Reality. We "separated" our awareness from this original state of being, then tried "making up a self" to fill a deep sense of "lack." The Atonement heals all of this misperception. It sees that the "mistake" never really occurred, and our God-Created Self never left us.
What prevents us from seeing miracles in our life? What are impulses that we get confuses. The real pleasure is in doing God's will, which is changeless. Physical impulses can come and go. They are not eternal. A miracle impulse puts us in touch with constant joy, not temporal joy. Our direct communication with our Creator is close behind this encounter with Joy.
Wholeness and Spirit Today Sondra & Markus discuss miraculous channels of expression. Connecting with the Christ puts us in a state of abundance. In the Self God created we are in communication with our Source. Miracles help us to be aware of and maintain this divine connection. In this state of Being we are whole. We cut time and move toward the Atonement when we move toward Spirit, make our forgiveness complete, and restore our awareness of our God-Connection.
We are Spirit. The personality of the self we made up is not our true Self. When we shift focus to our Self God Created, as Spirit, we wake up to the fact we are Love, and this is Spirit. When we give attention to our Spirit, our True Self, the Atonement takes place and we are restored to the Light, the Sphere of Celestial Order.
Giving up grievances corrects our perception. We can make ourselves "miracle ready" when we are serious about giving up all grievances, "thoughts that hurt," and all judgments. At the personality level we cannot enter the state of Grace. We can rise above the personality through Forgiveness. This lifts us into the Spiritual Realm in which the miracles can be given us through the Christ.
ATONEMENT & MIRACLES Jesus is in charge of both. He knows when we need help, but we have to ask. And be willing to receive direction and follow it. Whatever action He inspires us to do, remember this: Spirit is in a state of grace forever.Your reality is only spirit. Therefore you are in a state of grace forever. The miracle shifts us out of lower level concerns into the Sphere of Celestial Order. It brings the heaven state to earth, so that they are no longer experienced as separate states of being.
TEXT; 1; II.; 4-6 Revelation, Time, & Miracles Markus reads an Ode to the Divine Mother, "I call to You." Then he and Sondra discuss the Revelation that God has in store for us. Jesus is One with God but also one with His brothers. His Love can call down Revelation from God to us, and also intercede for us with Miracles. No time is really needed for this. The Christ cuts time for us. What may have taken thousands of years for us to correct, the Christ helps us to sort out instantly when we are ready, free of unwillingness.
TEXT; II. REVELATION, TIME, & MIRACLES Sondra & Markus discuss section II. of Chapter #1 of the Text of ACIM. Our communion with God opens the channel for Revelation. It is beyond our thought and understanding. Miracles, on the other hand, enter into our consciousness and induce action that is interpersonal. Jesus is not asking for "awe" toward Him, but rather respect and willingness to follow his wise directions. The different levels of Revelation, Miracles, and Consciousness are explained.
TEXT #1, I. 41-50 The Principles of Miracles Sondra & Markus complete the 50 Principles of Miracles in this Podcast. The God Created universe has a Sphere of Celestial Order that governs even the "laws" of physical matter. We are given miracles to lift us above the "physical laws" into the Laws of Love that restore our world to the perfection of this Celestial Order.
¶ 31-40 Principles of Miracles Markus & Sondra further discuss the 50 Principles of Miracles. The miracles are here to correct our perception. They are not meritorious of awe, but rather gratitude. They are everyday events that restore us to the Celestial Order of things. Miracles get us out of "lack thoughts" and put us in the protective order of Divine Providence. Miracles get us in the fullness of our life of abundance.
The Principles of Miracles; ¶ 21-30 Sondra & Markus discuss the next ten principles of miracles. How do we overcome fear? What does it mean to rise to a higher level of our Being? These are questions asked and answered in this podcast on the Text of A Course in Miracles. Some of the most fundamental principles need to be clarified so our study is applied, and the Miracles we are receiving make perfect sense.
Principles of Miracles 1-10 Sondra & Markus begin the TEXT of A Course in Miracles with an auspicious invocation with the Holy Spirit's INTRODUCTION to ACIM—"A required Course" indeed, designed to "remove the blocks to the awareness of Love's Presence." The begin with Chapter 1, The Meaning of Miracles, and with Section I. The Principles of Miracles. Welcome to this Undertaking. We are happy to have you along in this unprecedented exploration.
3. The Practice of Psychotherapy III. The Question of Payment The holy relationship of the Psychotherapist and the Patient is not entered into for the money. Yet, an exchange may take place. The Therapist gives what he may see is needed, in terms of Forgiveness in himself and his patient, to take them both to a more sane place. The patient may supply the money the Therapist needs in order to do his work of this holy exchange. But all value is in the Holy Relationship in which the Therapist and Patient are seen as equals in the eyes of God, and all "thoughts that hurt" are forgiven in both, restoring both to JOY, and having a full healing of all pain and suffering.
