S1 - E7 - meet Leonel Barbé, a remarkable alumni (Team 26) of the three-year KAOSPILOT education. Born and raised in Chile, and moved to Denmark .. years ago. Now living in Aarhus that became his homebase, during the education he started the first ReDI School in Denmark. Helping women with refugee and immigrant background to get access to a social and professional network and find jobs. In this episode, he shares the story of how he ended up opening a ReDI School in Aarhus and also shares more about the succes formula of the school. S1 - E6 - we're super excited to share this new episode featuring Johan René, an incredible individual of the three-year KAOSPILOT program. Grew up in Aarhus, Denmark and became a student 1,5 years ago, we were glad to have him in the studio to talk with Hristo. In this episode, he shares the story of how he started a football school in Tanzania called 'RobonaGlobe' with a few friends. From raising money in Denmark, to scoping the project and traveling to Tanzania and setting up the school, in these 30 minutes he shares his inspiring story. Next to being student, she runs two businesses on the side, one that focusses on facilitation and empowering female entrepreneurs. Additionally, she organizes meaningful events through her second business, and she is also known as "lineamaria" on Instagram and TikTok. Where she has build up quite a following by offering glimpses into her life. In this episode, she shares the story of how she ended up living in a van in Portugal, and why getting outside the comfort zone is essential for your learning curve.
