Time for a little self-evaluation... Are we good enough vegans? Is it wrong that we don't tell people they should go vegan? What if we don't raise our kids vegan? It can be tricky figuring out what works for you when it comes to being vegan. Our approach might be a little unorthodox, but it's what works for us.Support us on Patreon:
After seeing a story online about plates being sold at Macy's that advocated eating smaller portions in order to fit into skinny jeans, we got into a discussion about the toxic trends in diet culture and what we can do to contribute to body positivity. 
We sit down with local vegan blogger and Instagrammer Tory Halpin to learn what it's really like to be vegan and pregnant. We discuss everything from how her doctors reacted to what's changed about her diet since becoming pregnant. 
First things first, we discuss the new Beyond Meat burger that Tim Horton's recently introduced. The fast food excitement continues with confirmation that KFC's plant-based 'chicken' burger is actually in existence, in Toronto at least. Then we move on to analyzing the current state of social media including bloggers collaborating with each other over competing, long form vs short form content, and authenticity vs aesthetics.

parent's job is to decide what is best for their kids, until they decide for themselves. if veganism is best for all people and the planet, which it is, it wouldnt be right to not raise your child vegan. raising your child vegan is similar to raising your child with your religion, because you believe in it, until they decide for themselves
