Lauren is a registered nurse, yoga instructor, wellness lover, growth oriented 20 something year old figuring it out as she goes. Why not do it together. Inspired by health promotion and upstream thinking, Tackle Box is a collection of health and wellness tools, tips, advice, ideas, lessons…etc for you to take into your life to help be the best version of you! The hope is for you to be able to take at least one thing from each episode to build your own tackle box.

#4. In today's episode I open up about my journey this past year, from quitting a full time job to why I started a podcast and its purpose. Stepping back from my job and taking the time to try new things (like starting a podcast) brought me a lot of clarity and (after a lot of uncomfortable months of feeling uncertain about my future) I'm finally in a place where I feel at ease and like I can share a glimpse of my experience so that it might be helpful for any on you <3. After starting the podcast/where I am now: I'm now working in a casual nursing role that I really enjoy I'm going back to school in the fall for a graduate certificate in Public Relations I'm still taking things day by day and really excited to go back to school! (never thought Id say that lol).  Also still challenging myself and getting out of my comfort zone (hence the solo podcast) Let me know what you'd like to hear more of, or if I should dive deeper in anything I discuss on today's episode.
