We are live! With the Interview Process

Can you hear the first, calling the called ones to assemble to consummate the salvation of his people Exodus 19:1... the seventh trumpet in the seventh month of seventh month of the original calendar.....read Genesis 22

We know what Privilege is yet how it applies can vary. Yet, do we all say "how is that cop on the phone but I get a ticket" or how does that officer turn on his lights run the light and turn into the parking lot, only to find out they want their free coffee before the crowd get there? Basic Conversations we have all had, yet in some cities this reality has cost people their livelihood or life.

6 Weeks until we observe the Feast of Tabernacle! We will build on what the concept is for believers and what the reality is for those who just follow a doctrine. Let us ask Paqad Smothers... What is the Feast of Tabernacle? Jewish literature, Sukkot is often simply called “THE feast”. The biggie – no other clarification needed. Three times a year, all of Israel were supposed to make the trek to Jerusalem for Passover and Shavuot in the Spring, and then Sukkot in the fall. Sukkot means “shelters”, “booths”, or “tabernacles”. This is a feast in which God instructs his people to set about making a temporary shelter or booth to camp out in for a week. As a kid I loved making dens, and Sukkot is a bit like that. But why in the world did God want us to make dens? Why build a booth? In his creative genius, seen not only in the natural world around us but also in the law that God himself dictated, we can see that God also knew how effective building a shelter would be to provoke thought. He Lord outlines his instructions about this feast three times, in Leviticus 23, Numbers 29 and Deuteronomy 16. Deuteronomy 16:13-17 says:

Knowing that to be thankful has responsibility, we must not forget those important people that take on the responsibility and care of those we hold dearly. Our children, family memebers, teachers, neighbors and even the influences we see in the community...  Yet, so many times we forget the importance of these people, and if they dont have the so called cradientials that we deem nessasary, we count them out. Even so, we must start to acknowledge how important it is to know those that labor among you.
