Pop & X brings back bonding activity from childhood to have an open dialogue and heart to heart with each other and guest while playing catch!! Recently, X & myself began to brainstorm about the best approach/option, currently available, that would allow us to share our views&life journey, thus far. Through this dialog “Talk&Toss” was born. The podcast will involve a father&son engaging in real&raw life convos (current events, politics, sports, rships,etc.)

Pop & X opened Episode 15 with small talk about a fashion show and sports.However, it didn’t take long before the two got into a heated back-and-forth. After the “fire” was extinguished Pop & X returned to normal and completed one of the most heated episodes, since LFLS’s inception!
LFLS (X & Pop) welcomes family friend-“Devo”-into the studio for just “great conversation” wrapped around life and just that “each day” individual personal progression toward a better you, oftentimes impacted by “Real” role models!
