This is a very special sit-down interview with best-selling Star Wars author Charles Soule, going in-depth into the end of The High Republic and his latest novel, Trials of the Jedi ... all recorded live from his hotel lobby during Fan Expo Dallas last month. Charles and I first spoke back in 2023 at Star Wars Celebration London and a LOT has happened in the past two years. We try to cover as much as possible, but just a note: this episode WILL contain major spoilers about Trials, but I will have a moment in the episode where I call out the spoiler section, right before the 34 minute mark. Today is my interview with the legendary ILM animation director Rob Coleman, live from Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025. This is the recording of the official TB94 panel on the Holonet News Stage, which occurred on Saturday morning of Celebration. Mr. Coleman has topped my list for potential interview subjects for years now, so this was a real dream come true. This being a live conversation, there are some audio issues, but I was genuinely moved to tears several times, and I hope you are equally inspired by Mr. Coleman’s story. Today is an interview with the incredibly talented model maker and visual effects artist, Fon Davis. It has now been reported that Canadian actor Angus MacInnes passed away just before Christmas. Known to Star Wars fans as Gold Leader ("Dutch Vander") in the original film, Mr. MacInnes was a world-class actor with parts in Eyes Wide Shut, Rollerball, and so many other iconic films. I am re-publishing our live interview from 2019, which briefly showcases his warmth, passion, and love for acting. Take a listen. Rest in peace, Mr. MacInness.

Today is an interview with the closest I have ever gotten to a real life Jedi: best-selling author Steven Barnes. In addition to an incredible amount of science fiction books and stories, Star Wars fans will know Mr. Barnes best as the author of 2004’s Star Wars: The Cestus Deception novel and now, 20 years later, this week’s Mace Windu: The Glass Abyss. Today is an interview I have wanted to record since I was 8 years old – the incredibly talented Ahmed Best. He, of course, played Jar Jar Binks beginning with Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, as well as Jedi Master Kelleran Beq beginning with Star Wars: Jedi Temple Challenge and most recently in Star Wars: The Mandalorian. Today is my conversation with legendary prequel concept artist, Warren Fu, live from South by Southwest 2024. We dive into Warren’s incredible contributions to these movies, including MagnaGuards, The High Republic's vector ships, and, of course, General Grievous. From there, we take a deep dive into his wildly prolific music video career, and especially his work with Daft Punk. This is such an incredible conversation and may truly be my favorite interview yet.
