This week, Stephanie is wrapping up the second chapter of her 52-week Happiness Experiment by looking back at the tools she’s tested so far and asking a different question: If I don’t have time to try everything, how can I target the kind of happiness I want more of?Because we don’t need to do every happiness exercise, every day, to build happier lives.Instead, Stephanie is creating a Happiness Toolkit, matching simple experiments to what we might want more of, whether that’s joy, connection, confidence, fun, courage or self-compassion.If you wanted to appreciate the good moments more, what could you try? What about feeling more connected, adding more fun or going after something that matters to you? This week is about finding the tools that work for you and remembering that life doesn’t have to be bad to want to make it happier 🩷FIND OUT MORE:Download ‘Your 52-Week Happiness Scorecard’ hereDownload the ‘Build Your Happiness Toolkit’ hereJoin the Target Your Happy Club here1:1 Coaching: find out more hereInstagram @targetyourhappyEmail: [email protected]
It's week 23 of Stephanie's 52-Week Happiness Experiment and this week she's testing Courage and exploring whether doing things that scare us because they matter could help us become happier.Courage isn’t about being fearless. It’s about choosing to act towards something worthwhile even when fear, risk or uncertainty comes along for the ride.So for seven days, Stephanie is doing one brave thing each day, choosing something that matters to her that fear or discomfort might otherwise stop her from doing. Can being willing to feel the fear and do the thing open up more of the experiences, opportunities and choices that contribute to a happier life? There’s only one way to find out.FIND OUT MORE:Download ‘Your 52-Week Happiness Scorecard’ hereDownload the ‘Feel The Fear, Do The Thing’ exercise hereJoin the 'Target Your Happy Club' - doors are OPEN! here1:1 Coaching: find out more hereInstagram @targetyourhappyEmail: [email protected]
This week, Stephanie is testing Hope Theory, developed by psychologist Rick Snyder, and exploring the idea that hope isn’t simply about believing things will work out, but being able to find different ways forward when we hit an obstacle. For seven days, whenever she catches herself thinking “I can’t…”, she’s asking “Is there another way?” and then actually trying it.Can finding and trying another way forward help us feel more hopeful and happier?Because maybe “I can’t” doesn’t always mean I can’t. Sometimes it just means I haven’t found the rightway yet.FIND OUT MORE:Download ‘Your 52-Week Happiness Scorecard’ hereDownload the ‘There's Another Way’ exercise hereJoin the 'Target Your Happy Club' waiting list here!1:1 Coaching: find out more hereInstagram @targetyourhappyEmail: [email protected]
It’s week 21 of Stephanie’s 52-Week Happiness Experiment and this week she’s testing Self-Efficacy.Confidence isn’t always something we have before we act. Often, it’s built by doing things and seeing the evidence of what we’re capable of.So this week, Stephanie is testing a simple exercise called Three Small Wins, taking time each day to notice what she’s done, handled or achieved.Join Stephanie as she explores whether recognising our everyday achievements can help us feel more confident, capable and ultimately, happier.FIND OUT MORE:Download ‘Your 52-Week Happiness Scorecard’ hereDownload the ‘Three Small Wins’ exercise here1:1 Coaching: find out more hereInstagram @targetyourhappyEmail: [email protected]
