Description

The title of this podcast is extremely fitting, considering talking is what Tasia has mastered, through practice with her mom, sister, and friends. Unsure if her thoughts are relatable, this podcast was created, for self therapy, and a chance to connect with whoever is willing to listen. From High School flashbacks, mental health, and Extroversion, to cringey topics, "whats going on in life", and woman hood, 'Tasia talks' about anything she feels she would like to hear. Tasia wants to lend a voice to the ears who want to listen, in hopes to be inspired, relate, or smile.

Unpacking the challenges and changes that come with moving, new schools, relationships and growing up- my sister Ciel and I speak on everyday topics some people may neglect to think about! Discover the differences between intro and extroversion between the two of us on the spoken topics. Having a guest star is definitely something new, so bare with me on the chaos included... Let me know if you're looking for more content with Ciel or any other guests (more will be coming ;)) Follow Ciel and I on insta @cielmartineau and @taj_191tcm And as always, thank you for listening!!
I WILL NEVER film an episode in the morning!! I have never listened back to a more tired, uninterested voice ever lol I apologize in advance if you're reading this before listening to the episode... Although this is a very valid topic and I'm glad I spoke about it as it is something I suffer from everyday without realizing and am a very dependant person on my peers around me but also very independent??? Life's crazy and makes no sense... Next episode will be better with more life. I also sound better and more awake 10 mins in if you wanna skip! Thanks for listening and reading, I appreciate you :) <3
Let's do a drinking game on how many times i left in this episode of me saying the word "and" & "um" lol Overall though, sorry this was so triggering and I didn't give much of a warning... but if you're reading the description before for some reason, [warning], I talk self hatred and insecurities. I hope you felt safe in the space I've created while you enjoy me embarrassing myself on how much I shit, and how lazy I am... YOLO. Anywho, thanks for listening people!! Love ya
I hate feeling like I'm standing in a corner overthinking my whole life and forgetting to work on myself or even remember theres a problem. This episode I talk about everything related to the endless battle of keeping up with trends that are constantly changing, and the fear of missing out/ being left out. If you can raise your hand in acceptance that there is a self sabotage part of you, holding you back from activities because of your brain, or you're chasing that goal to fit into the conversation? Then listen in on an episode you will relate to...
Welcome to my experience with ADHD, and the details people don't always get into. This first episode is a LOT of information if we're not that close, so if you're new here.... Hi! I was fighting back the urge to laugh for half of this hour, and the other half genuinely excited that people are interested in a second voice regarding a relevant topic touching base on mental health with ADHD! Feel free to check out my instagram and dm me regarding what I spoke about near the end of the episode! DM me here Thank you for taking the time to listen for 47 minutes about my ADHD life and opinions :) Have a great day everyone!
If you couldn't tell already: I did not (nor do I think I will ever) prepare a script. This first "episode" sheds light on the way my conversations will flow, and my thoughts never being able to stick. I hope you didn't cringe as hard as I did, while we all rip off the first band-aid in the newest, bestest and brightest podcast episode first made! Bare with me as we continue to learn the ropes and ways as to how my rants will play out! But genuinely, the fact that you decided to take some time out of your day to listen to this first welcome message, means a lot to me. Thank you <3
