Martial arts is an expression of life. It doesn't bring violence, it brings peace. It is not mindless, but mindful. It shouldn't put strain in our lives, but rather bring flow.
I will express who I am outside being an MMA Coach, the brother, the business, Professional wrestling fan and human.
There are many things I don't know but that's why I'm here to figure it out.

Tazz is inspired by NayNay's recent YouTube videos and explores what he would tell the younger version of himself.
Tazz has always said that his only regret wasn't wrestling all 4 years in high school. He has also said that he didn't quit wrestling, he just retired early. Those 2 ideas are kind of contradicting. NayNay asks the tough questions to finally get Tazz to accept how he really feels about his past wrestling days.
