In this episode, Gino shifts focus from our Elders and Core Leaders to our Pastors and introduces Colin & Jaymie Weeks as guests on the show. Colin hails from North Vancouver, while Jaymie's roots trace back to Westside Family Fellowship in Prince George. Both are enthusiastic about helping the youth and young adults at Westside Academy and the church face the challenges of our modern world.

Gino welcomes another of our Westside Elders, Bernie Legault to have tea with him. If you've attended Westside for a while you'll be familiar with Bernie taking the mic and saying these words "I get a picture of ... " to preface what he believes God is showing him at that moment. Gino explores that as well as Bernie's life in retirement and his advice to others of "keep serving, keep maturing".
It’s tea time with a lover of “real tea” as Gino would say. Westside Core Leader, Ryan McInnes and his wife Lara are well known for leading marriage courses over the past few years. Ryan shares how that role came about due to their marital brokenness and thanks to the encouragement of Pastor Marlo Johnson. He's lived on Vancouver Island, New Zealand, Edmonton and Prince George with side trips to India and China.

For this episode, Gino serves Tom Birch his most flavourful tea hoping to turn him into a true tea lover. The jury is still out on that question. Darrell's father, Jerry Beck, had a significant role in constructing the church building, and Darrell followed in his footsteps of service. However, he and his family's contribution extends beyond the physical structure – to include the loving relationships that they've cultivated within the community.

George talks about the changes within himself since his installation as an Elder in 1995, the importance of grace, and the time he and Frieda handed out Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes in Nicaragua. For this episode, Gino caught up with the leaders of the Bud Centre in Sri Lanka, Nish Kandangama, and his wife Kristin. Nish shares about his early life, running away from home and being an indentured servant while Kristin talks about the culture shock of going from Prince George to Sri Lanka and the supernatural love God gave her for the kids. Together they share the challenges and successes in marriage and mission while bringing the light of Christ to Sri Lanka.
