We are starting off strong this season with Waxheads, developed by Patattie Games. Find out why we think this game is more than the sum of its parts and one of the best cozy games we've played this year.   Since season 2, we've been playing The Lost Loaf Chapters 1 and 2 from @lostloafstudio. Chapter 3: Circus in the Sky is out now on itch.io. We also played an early release of The Little Crumb demo from @luigi_thelittlecrumb. We were interviewed on Ellie's wonderful substack 'Cozy Gaming over 40', which you can also find on Instagram. Finally, Erin was interviewed for Confessions of a Gamer Girl podcast, which was streamed August 5th and be found on their podcast, including YouTube.   #cozy #cozygame #gaming #waxheadsgame #murraysomerwolff

Who doesn't like to hear the mistakes of others? Get ready for some Moomin, Mickey Mouse and obscure Danney Kaye references. We are so excited to share how impossible it is to get a sentence out without messing it up and demonstrating how eloquent we are. These are just the things we thought were funny, and we hope you do too.    #cozy #cozygames #gamingpodcast #gaming #gamingcouples

What does pineapple on pizza, a good curry, the Zone of Proximal Development, and ABC's Good Game all have in common? They're all reasons why Alex could turn Erin into a gamer! In this episode, called 'Turning Your Partner into your Player Two', OR 'How Alex went about turning Erin into a gamer', join Alex and Erin about the importance of gaming literacy, knowing your partners and examining your own motives when it comes to enticing your significant other into not only gaming, but being your Player Two.   Games mentioned this episode: Unpacking Gris Overcooked Stardew Valley It Takes Two Psychonauts Split Fiction Mail Time Letters to Arralla Hollow Knight Silksong Spiritfarer Phogs   #cozy #cozygames #gamingpodcast #gaming #gamingcouples
