When it comes to getting automated in your business, most people like to jump straight into the tech tools. But if you want to save time and money that may not be the best thing to do first. Listen in as I tell you what you should do first before anything. 

Every business journey is different. The best thing we can do as business owners is to put on blinders and stay focused on our business and what we need to do.

Don't overwhelm your clients or users with too many steps to get to the end result. Example: Registering for an event and being sent to a site to register and then taken to another place to log in only to be asked to register again. Too many steps! If they aren't tech savvy they will abandon the process and not get to the end result.
