Our never-ending lust towards the betterment of the future, getting the best product with respect to our needs, and never ending booming of the massive industrialized environment has changed the face of the earth. Extreme droughts, unusual weather, incalescence up to unbearable limits, and extinction of the native ecosystem are now more usual than ever.  Today we had Dr. Naveed Malik as an expert to highlight everyday issues associated with our domestic habits and as a broader perspective a world society of humans living on earth affecting this planet's recovery pace and abusing its beauty on full limits. We understood the basic events and terminologies used by media every day regarding global warming to educate us in a more expressive way. Today we had Mr. Kashif Shehzad in our TechLOGG atelier. A thorough expert in the field of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) with 5 years of industry and consultancy experience. He shared his journey of starting in the field of technology with a Bachelor's in Engineering continuing towards getting a Swiss scholarship and completing his Master's in Energy Management and Sustainability, from EPFL, Switzerland. Since the beginning of human evolution, light is the most basic technology which is needed by the sapiens to evolve. In this podcast, we discuss the basic phenomenon behind the understanding of light with the theory of photons. Including, how we can control light and how dependent we are on this form of technological tool either as the lighting in homes, long-distance communication (internet), measurement techniques (optical imaging), our study of different matters (chemistry), etc. Apart from a simple source of light, we can make a confined form of the beam (photons) called lasers. In a simplistic way, we explain how these devices work and what are the advantages we can extract from this powerful source.
