Description

TeeMomma's Closet. A metaphor for our minds, two places where we keep our trinkets & treasures from our adventures on this earth. A space where we keep the things that keep us warm or feeling fierce. Also, a place where we tuck our bags packed with our hidden worries, fears, and our past. How about we stop checking out and begin checking in? What would happen if we tune inward instead of tuning out? Everything we seek is found within the chaos of our thoughts. The secret to this life, my friends, is found in a meditation practice. Join TeeMomma as she guides you through the noise. This is for the beginner and the jedi. Allow yourself to soften with her unique way of guiding you through this profound practice.

Grief

Grief

"So it's true, when all is said and done, grief is the price we pay for love."― E.A. Bucchianeri When we sit with our Grief and make genuine peace with it, we find a dear friend in the certain transformation that enters the internal conversation of healing. If we do not look away from what has ripped our Being apart, we can stand firmly in front of what has fragmented everything we thought we were; when we do not bow out or push the emotions down deeper inside, we get this gift that can be found in the power of being present in a moment of horror. We give our inherently powerful mind the ability to inform that damned devil that dwells on Griefs lapels, that we can enter this hell-bent arena of anguish and fight for our beautiful gift, that is named love.  In essence, you have gifted yourself the reminder that you can heal through a soul-shattering loss solely by sitting with the beasts' anguish that dances around the fires, swirling inside of you, threatening to burn your heart to ashes. Profound Grief is the price of profound love, and I'd pay it repeatedly to give and receive that kind of love this life can provide. From the ashes, the phoenix will rise.
New Years Eve

New Years Eve

A meditation to reflect. "Before we pop the champagne and celebrate the new year, to stop, and reflect on the year that has gone by, to remember both our triumphs and our missteps, our promises made and broken, the times we opened ourselves up to great adventures… or closed ourselves down for fear of getting hurt, because that’s what new year’s all about, getting another chance, a chance to forgive. To do better, to do more, to give more, to love more, and to stop worrying about what if… and start embracing what will be. So when that ball drops at midnight, and it will drop, let’s remember to be nice to each other, kind to each other, and not just tonight but all year long.” – Claire Morgan (Hilary Swank)Most importantly, to be kind to yourself, which will allow so much more grace to be organically kind to others. Happy 2021! I hope you are filled with magic, so you will see all the magic that awaits.
Sweet Dreams

Sweet Dreams

Meditation for sleep. Get into your coziest jammies, plug your phone in, and get so comfortable in bed.  It is time to put the day down. No matter what has happened today, it's time to put it down. Maybe there are parts of today that you will need to pick back up tomorrow, but you recharge your own batteries for right now; for now, you take rest.
Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice

Celebrating the darkness by going inside of YOU and releasing what is no longer for you. Then  take the time to welcome the new light by finding your own light within. Begin again, fresh and new on the winter solstice. Release what you no longer need.
Your Shadows

Your Shadows

To tune inward to see our shadows to see how our light casts shadows. We are made of stuff much stronger than bones, my friends. Honoring our good and the bad. Learning our way around and through both is a vital part of our journey forward. We are made of both, and the moment we honor both, inner peace begins or continues to strengthen.
Unlocking the locked doors with the very key, we have in our own pocket. Remembering to stop and ask yourself for directions when you are feeling overwhelmed.
