We had all come through the same situation during these past 6 months...! We would become anger for reasonless situations, we would easy react even for a worthless conversation..! As a result we might end up in a dangerous emotion called “The anger” which makes us a un valued creatures..! But here are few tips to control our anger and to management it in healthy ways..!

Let’s all voice out again racism and get the proper education about that toxic term..!

This to break or educate people to not believe the pointless and useless menstrual myths of the ancient times..! Be the real you to treat your future offsprings rather than treating them like your mother or grandmother! Menstrual days are the days where our girls wanted to be cared and loved, instead we would treat them as the untouchables ..! Have the tendency to treat women with love and support when they are in menstrual pain! Mommies out there it could be the time you take care your girl children with more support and affection, instead of applying the same tortures you faced by your mom ..! So try to be more practical according to the generations we are passing..! Forget all the myths and encourage them with love..! Because periods are after all as similar as the mucus from your nose..! At least we or our generation should bring this change

The most monstrous issues faced by the teenagers at present is thinking oneself to be very low, having lower self esteems..! They are purely lagging in making/ taking decision. Also we must make a note to yourselves never ever talk ill or underestimate anyone around us..! Because they’re aren’t the victims or the wrong person - “ situations” pushes them to that positions..! It doesn’t mean we can easily blame or bitch about them.., if the same situation comes falls upon us ??? What would have us done??? Think before ill-treating other..!

Here is just a brief about my podcast, that’s how I’m gonna address and motivate the teenager with their tinny problems/issues or even their little flaws...! Also in fewer episodes I’m gonna discussion or to ask and share the memories/ reminisces of our teenage life’s as we the adults now doesn’t possess much time or a person to share with.
