Ultimate Frisbee in Malaysia has been an on going sport for years and it is slowly picking up in popularity in Malaysia. Moving forward in the future as the community expands and grows, where can we improve in comparison with other countries. In this episode we will be talking to Aishah a player who has played both in Malaysia and New Zealand. She will be sharing her thoughts and insights on how Malaysia can grow in this amazing sport. On this episode we will be getting into the mind of a musician. The creator of Lxcid as well as Friend of a Friend (F.O.A.F). We talk to Adam Ariff who is the lead vocalist for Lxcid. Lxcid has been around since 2016 but recently popped up to perform in shows and gigs with their current roster since 2018. We talk about how life is as a musician and how his life is in a band as well as the ups and downs during these current times. 
Ahh ODL (Open Distance Learning)..... This semester students in Malaysia once again have to face online classes due to the reemergence of Covid clusters. So we decided to talk about it. How a students feel and think about ODL. I'm sure some of us can relate to the struggles and hopefully this can give an insight for educators out there.
This episode we wanted to touch on a topic that has been discussed everywhere for a very long time. We reached out to a survivor of sexual harassment to ask her to share her story. Cha (isn't her real name), shares us her story of how and what happened as well as how it affected her and everyone around her. She hopes that this story would inspire other women out there to be strong and to tell them that they are not alone.  
So we all have heard the term simp but the problem is, is it being used wrongly? Chivalry has been a thing for a long time but now it's being compared to being a simp. From sim racing one has managed to rise above the rest and even exceled in real world racing. Naquib Azlan, Racing Player of the Year, who a sim racer and a real world racer talks about his experience in racing both virtually and in real life.
