Quite valuable for all, who read the bible. Great there were so many more females than are mentioned in church sermons. Reminds me me of the family connections. Thanks for your wisdom Elle.

Hey, maybe the wheel of the wheelbarrow represents, Hagar leaving her mark on Abraham and as God had intended for Ishmael!

...I wonder, since mentioned, Caine's attitude of offering, may have come from his name's meaning, purchased, doesn't gel well with God's meaning of offering and what he wants from us, it should be more sacrificial in giving. Abel's offering may have been more so and God was more pleased with it, than Caine's. Maybe, that's where the attitude of jealousy came in; am I farfetched in my thinking?

I love, love that the word speaks becomes art in your explanation of Gen 1...Elle, as you spoke and explained, I saw John explaining Jesus in the text that we've all come to know, but I love and appreciate the art of God in speaking the world into being! Thank you.
